About Daniel
I am the Business Sector Director at Bid Recruitment, specialising in bid and work-winning recruitment across professional services. I partner with clients across real estate, construction and engineering consultancies, as well as legal and financial services, supporting them in securing high-performing bid and business development talent.
After studying mathematics and artificial intelligence at the University of Sussex, I spent seven years at Carphone Warehouse before moving into recruitment in 2010. I began my recruitment career with On-Target, a specialist in sales and business development, before joining Badenoch & Clark in 2017 to further develop my expertise in sales, bids and tender recruitment. I later joined MRG to lead the Bid Recruitment team.
With a strong background in both industry and recruitment, I take a consultative approach to partnering with clients and candidates, helping to build high-performing teams across the work-winning landscape.
