I am the UK Managing Director of MRG, the parent company of Bid Recruitment, where I also oversee the Bid Recruitment business. I work closely with our teams and partners to ensure we deliver high-quality, relationship-led recruitment solutions across our specialist markets.
Since joining MRG in 2008, I have built a career advising on and delivering recruitment campaigns for senior and leadership roles, partnering with organisations that have a meaningful impact on society. My focus is on supporting clients to attract and retain exceptional talent while helping to shape high-performing, purpose-driven teams.
