New Business Manager – Housing

London

Salary up to £75,000

My client is one of the leading G15 Housing Associations, providing a range of affordable housing across London and the South East.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Leading multi-disciplinary project teams to develop ideas, and submissions for major projects – ensuring timely delivery of these projects until they are integrated into the business. This includes drafting project appraisals/submissions, and developing communication and marketing proposals.
  • Leading on the acquisition of new opportunities in accordance with the New Business strategy and project managing a wide range of complex new business initiatives across a number of different routes, which will require a flexible and pragmatic approach.
  • Seeing new business opportunities all the way through the feasibility and acquisition cycle and the patience to deliver complicated, long-term opportunities.

A good housing / development understanding in either DPP and LDP frameworks or regeneration of existing estates is desirable with a good command of the English language. You will have proven track-record of leading and acquiring development/regeneration proposals within public Sector and Local Authorities.
