ETL is a unique property consultancy, offering a range of property services including Project, Programme and Cost Management through to Property Consultancy, Healthcare Planning and Sustainability. Working with clients across the Healthcare, Science and Education Sectors, they are seeking to appoint an ambitious Contents and Marketing Coordinator.

The role will support the company in the preparation and co-ordination of proposals and bids, including writing content and the creation of graphics. You will also work closely with the Head of Marketing to assist in the production of comprehensive digital, social media and printed communications to raise awareness of the brand & services.

The ideal candidate would preferably be educated to degree level or a similar relevant qualification. You will have experience in working as a bid co-ordinator or within a bid team in a consultancy environment with public sector framework exposure essential. Key characteristics for this role include but are not limited to strong project management skills, confidence, a proactive outlook and an excellent communicator both internally and externally.

You will build and maintain a bid management library of content for re-use where possible including, graphics, curriculum vitae’s, project case studies and method statements to support the production of bids. Proof-reading and updating internal and customer-facing content, through to sign-off will also be key while ensuring all proposals produced are aligned with corporate brand guidelines.
