Our client, a recognised name worldwide within Facilities Management are currently seeking a Business Development Manager – Lead Generation to join their B&I division.

About the company

They have been offering a wide range of facilities services for over 100 years and during this time, have scaled their specialisms and expertise to offer a range of high quality, sustainable services in more than 10 countries. They operate within the public and private sector providing services such as waste management, cleaning, security and M&E to name a few.

About the role

You will be working on targeted lead generation within specific B&I sectors and be responsible for building early relationships with target customers. Working closely with the wider business development team, you will hand over relationships and support the customer throughout the process. You will build and maintain a stakeholder map for target customers and proactively attend meetings, industry events and customer events to build new relationships. With the wider team, you will support the sector strategy development and marketing engagement plans.

About you

It is essential that you have previous experience working as a business development manager providing FM services ideally to the B&I sector. You must have a strong overall understanding of FM services and the ability to create a solution to meet clients’ needs. It is important that you have a flexible approach to working as working hours and locations will vary depending on the business opportunity and deadlines.
