Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Job Description:

As a Senior Proposal Manager, you will work with teams throughout the company, your role will play a pivotal part in successfully driving the development of proposals forward. You will be focussed on creating proposals for a wide variety of clients across multiple sectors with a multitude of offerings.

Within this role you will work closely with Directors and the Business Development function to generate leading, intelligence led proposals.

You will head up the commercia management of proposals focusing on budgets to ensure they are agreed and upheld.

You will take a top-level position to manage high priority responses as well as overseeing teams with additional proposals.

As an experienced Senior Proposal Manager, you will be an expert in brief interrogation and program management. You will be tasked with working to tight timeframes and have experience in managing multi-skill set project teams.

Required Skills:

Previous experience leading proposals for large and complex projects across multiple sectors and industries.

Strong business acumen with a broad knowledge of different industries and sectors.

Proven experience managing budgets and timescales with proposals.

Experienced leader with demonstrable experience of managing a team.

Ability to forge strong supportive relationships with colleagues, senior management and directors.
