Senior Media Sales - 40k Basic 100k OTE plus career progression.

Selling to and engaging with local brands and advertisers and media agencies, with uncapped earning potential and the opportunty to grow and build a sales team

My client is a well funded start up on huge growth trajectory. They are a multifaceted business selling through several varied routes to market.

The business is sells smart Hand dryers full of disrupting technology. They are SMART internet enabled, messaging, with high definition video as well as energy saving and resource cost saving through integration with building management.

The smart technology measures usage and shares data with facilities management to allow accurate resource allocation of cleaners to ensure high hygiene standards. They top of the range in terms of energy efficiency on the market place. The videos and advertising are targeted and only on when in use to capture the audience allowing per view sales and revenue share with their clients to provide extra savings and ongoing residual income.

The role will include:

  • Create and implement a digital sales and growth strategy
  • Securing advertising sales contracts and building relationships with brands, advertisers, media agencies, buyers and planners, selling the companies unique programmatic advertising and marketing solutions to gain new revenue
  • Pitching to clients at both board and senior level management
  • Working with the Managing Director driving sales and managing key accounts
  • Identify sales opportunities in key sectors which the company operates
  • Research client needs and explain the benefits of buying advertising space, successfully overcoming objections to a sale
  • Attend trade exhibitions and networking events to develop relationship and identify new sales opportunities
  • Work with production teams to ensure that agreed advertisements are carried in the right place and at the right time
  • Work closely with CFO in building ROI and business models.
  • Work within our well defined and fully documented sales process.

The client is looking for:

  • 2-5 years proven track record of generating new business, closing deals and achieving sales targets in a B2B, Media, (SaaS environment preferred).
  • Track record of sourcing and generating new business, closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Outstanding ability to persuade clients to implement change.
  • Hunter not farmer, carving out your own success.
  • Ability to create contacts up to the highest level of decision making, working through different levels of an organisation’s hierarchy.
  • Excellent organisational skills and demonstrable business judgment.
  • Ability to work within a team and independently with little supervision if required.
  • Outstanding communication, persuasion and entrepreneurial skills to drive clients to make best use of the platform and adopt new features.
