My client, a leader in the construction and consultancy sector is seeking to appoint a Senior Bid Manager to work across their construction division for their office in Central London. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and work across a variety of bidding opportunities for a major player in the construction industry.

The client is looking for someone to work across several divisions within their construction bids and continue their success of winning prestigious projects. The Senior Bid Manager is a managment role looking after a team of 8 Bid Managers and coordinators. It is a hands on Bid Management role with will see you involved in all aspects of the bid process from inception to completion. You will develop and manage the bid plan, identify risks and issues that may arise and put preventative measures in place to avoid possible delays. You will be responsible for putting together a winning bid team and ensuring all resources are readily available. Writing exceptional bid content for a variety of projects.

About you

My client is looking for an experienced Bid Manager who has experience manage a team as well as winning key bids who can hit the ground running and is comfortable with writing. They are flexible from what sector you come from but an understanding of contruction or the built enviroment is desirable.
