A PA and Bid Support role has become available to join a leading Tier 1 main contractor to be based out of their Berkshire regional office. The ideal candidate will have had exposure to working in and around a busy work winning team and be familiar with portals, PQQ’s and the general bid coordination process. Alongside this there will be PA duties such as diary management, typing up of minutes, creating presentations using Indesign and general administrative support to the senior team.

A highly organised approach is necessary as there will be CRM platforms and document management systems that will need to be looked at and adjusted where needed as well as creating efficient ways of working throughout the pre-construction/bid team.
