Job Description

Within this role as a National Sales Manager you will be focussed on driving all areas of the sales strategy process and drive a sales culture within the team.

You will have full management responsibility for the business development team throughout the UK.

As a national sales manager you will be responsible for setting and managing KPI’s, targets, on going training/development.

You will be responsible for the implementation and management of a sales management structure to assist the individuals within your team and formalise the process.

Deisred Skills

Experience within a similar role as National Sales Manager.

Demonstrable experience as a commercial sales management professional

Agile and dynamic with strong influencing skills.

Capable of forming supportive relationships with colleagues/senior management professionals within the business and clients.
