Senior Digital Marketing Manager - 55-65k Basic plus Bonus

My client is a well funded start up on huge growth trajectory. They are a multifaceted business selling through several varied routes to market.

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, eloquent, and collaborative individual to lead our global digital marketing strategy. You will work closely with sales, our partners and the CEO on the development and execution of all our digital marketing campaigns and lead generation. You will be setting up and executing programmes to support the businesses inbound and outbound demand generation activities.

You will have responsibility for continuously monitoring and measuring, providing analysis and optimising programme performance.

You will have hands-on knowledge of effective lead life cycle management and scoring methods and processes, as well as expertise in developing, delivering and optimising digital marketing programme execution to drive higher conversions and marketing-qualified leads for sales.

You will need to take a creative approach to challenges and initiatives and never settle for good enough. You are strategic with a strong bias to action and you care about doing what is best for our customers.


  • Develop, deliver and execute integrated digital marketing and email campaigns, digital channels include, but are not limited to, the website and the blog, social media (particularly LinkedIn), paid search, SEO, email, e-newsletters and digital partner media to support our branding, account development, content commercialisation, thought leadership and lead generation objectives.
  • Run digital marketing for focus accounts, target segments and channels, and nurturing digital leads sourced from different digital marketing campaigns and networking events and conferences.
  • Implement a marketing campaign process for the planning and management of complex, integrated digital and mobile marketing campaigns.
  • Collect, aggregate and manage analytics from digital activities and campaigns, and compile, develop insights and distribute dashboards and reports that measure their effectiveness.
  • Continuously optimise all digital channels and digital marketing activities to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop and execute the digital marketing data strategy
  • Work with the web CMS and integrations with CRM and related technologies and future marketing platforms as needed

Required Experience

  • 7+ years’ experience in digital marketing. At least 3 years of responsibility for all aspects of digital marketing.
  • Superb organisational skills and have demonstrated that they have created and managed many successful, complex, integrated digital campaigns for lead generation.
  • Plan and execute all direct response marketing, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords’ campaigns.
  • Experience in Multi-Channel Acquisition Marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data.
  • Demonstrate both your creativity and ability to deliver with speed through past projects.
  • Experience of working with external digital and marketing agencies and suppliers.
  • Experience of running LinkedIn campaigns and campaigns through other digital go to market channels.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
