We're representing a top tier name in the property consultancy sector that manage the assets of commercial, residential, retail and industrial real estate portfolios.
Through numerous acquisitions, both locally and internationally, the company has grown significantly in recent years which has created a new opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager.
Reporting to the Head of CRM, you'll be assuming a client facing role of both internal and external stakeholders with the main focus being on managing the key account programme to find opportunities for new service lines by analysing client structures, operations and procedures.
Internally, you'll take a lead role to plan client events, run internal workshops - coaching Partners on best practise business development initiatives.
This role is best suited to someone that has managed a key account programme in either the property or professional services sectors, such as law of the big 4 consultancies, however related sectors will also be highly regarded. By nature you'll be highly emotionally intelligent to engage with a range of different stakeholders and strategic in mindset to identify new revenue streams.
In return, you will receive a basic salary of c £55,000 in additional to a range of other company benefits and a lucrative bonus scheme.
