A Bid Writer is required to join a growing medium sized family run contractor in the east London area. You will have at least 2 plus years writing experience within the construction industry with a particular focus on social housing refurbishment.

You will work closely with the commercial and pre construction team and contribute towards bid win themes. A basic understanding of InDesign would be highly advantageous but not essential. The work winning team is very busy so you will need to be able to work well under pressure and prioritise your work load when deadlines are pending. Previous exposure to filling out PQQ’s, ITT’s and management of the company CRM system will also be required as will strong IT skills which will include the general Microsoft suite.
