Bid Recruitment are partnering with Urban Splash to recruit a Bid Coordinator for their office in Manchester. This is a new role within the business due to growth.

About the role

Due to continued growth and a wave of recent successful wins, Urban Splash have created a new role within the business for someone to take ownership of the bid process. The Bid Coordinator will be responsible for the end to end management / coordination of bids. You will be working with various teams internally to ensure all bids are accurate, compelling, creative and submitted on time. You will work closely with subject matter experts to ensure content is created, proofread and edited within the agreed timeframes. The Bid Coordinator will work with templates to create bespoke bids and help to develop the bid library content. This is a unique opportunity to join a well established business as the sole bid professional.

About you

Urban Splash are seeking an experienced bid professional who ideally comes from a construction background however experience within the wider built environment will be considered. You must have strong time management and project management skills and be able to manage upwards throughout what can be a high pressured, fast paced process. You must be able to learn and adapt to the creative writing style of the business and be confident applying it when working on bids. They would like someone who is passionate, driven and who can bring new ideas to the business. Ideally you will also have a proven track record of winning work in the public sector.
