I am currently recruiting for a Bid Coordinator to join my client part time on a 12 month fixed term contract in Worcestershire.

About the role

This role will see you working as part of a larger team and job sharing with a colleague who also works part time. You will be responsible for coordinating the bid documents, proof reading, supporting senior management, attending bid meetings, meeting deadlines and ensuring the document is ready for submission, on time and to the highest standard.

About you

My client is looking for an experience Bid Administrator / Bid Coordinator who has a minimum of 6 months experience. You will have strong time management, organisational and project management skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment working towards tight deadlines. You must be able to work alone and as part of a team and have experience using Microsoft packages.
