An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Bid Coordinator to join a leader in rail infrastructure. They offer a full range of rail infrastructure activities from high-speed rail to mass rapid transit, covering urban, rural and commuter routes, for both public and private railways.

The Bid Coordinator will work closely to provide support to the bid team and will report directly into the Bid Managers, deputising when appropriate. The role will entail coordination, writing (copy editing / proof reading), managing and collating of technical documents and PQQs, producing bespoke and aesthetically pleasing material reflecting the company’s vision of success in excellence and innovative solutions. The key to the success of this role is to ensure that the correct resources for the quality of submissions are in place and that timescales are met.

Candidate may have already held a similar Bid Coordination role or may have had previous exposure to the bidding process and wish to pursue a career in work winning.
