My client, a leading property maintenance company are seeking a Bid & Marketing Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

· Line management of the Bid Coordinator

· Manage the bid process from end to end

· Attend all tender and proposal briefings, liaising with Subject Matter Experts as and when required

· Managing inputs from a variety of stakeholders, to respond to new business opportunities and pitches

· Proofreading final material and providing technical and commercial writing skills where required

· Contribute to bid research - client, competition and market

· Managing a library of company standard SQ and tender responses

· Managing the organisation’s social media, website and marketing strategies

· Designing of company marketing strategies and campaigns and evaluating their success

· Ensure consistency between internal and external communications

· Production of promotional materials

· Identifying opportunities to enhance and improve the process, whilst obtaining and sharing best practice with the team

Key Skills

· Must have previous experience in a Bid/Marketing position

· Ideally qualified to Degree level

· Construction Industry knowledge – Ideally familiar with property services would be an advantage

· Have outstanding interpersonal skills with a good degree of commercial awareness

· Be highly organised and ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment

· Experience with formatting, reviewing and proofreading content

· Knowledge of MSOffice including Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign

· Willingness to travel to regional offices on occasions
