My client, an award winning building consultancy and architectural practice, is seeking a Bid and Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Huddersfield, Manchester or Leeds.

About the role

You will be part of the work winning team, offering support to deliver high-quality bid submissions and marketing activities. You will be responsible for both written and graphical work across bids and marketing. Responsibilities include – writing and preparing bids and submissions to new and existing clients including PQQ’s, SQ’s, proposals and quotes, preparing and managing bid content from a variety of colleagues throughout the business, assisting with the compilation of documents for bids and tenders, preparing bid content including case studies, CV’s, charts, diagrams and answers to clients questions, keeping bid materials and company information up to date, implementing bid procedures and processes to support senior members of the business, assisting and leading where appropriate the social media strategy including PR, social media and website content and assisting with the preparation and maintenance of the marketing communications documents.

About you

Ideally, you will be a graduate with a relevant degree (English, Journalism, Marketing, Media, Arts etc) and have previous experience working within bids. Public sector experience would be a huge benefit, as would experience in the built environment (architecture, consultancy, construction etc). You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as organisation and time keeping skills. Experience managing multiple projects to tight deadlines is essential. Experience of InDesign is desirable but not essential.
