Bid/Project Administrator needed to join an evolving and rapidly growing bid team to be based out of their Hertfordshire Head Quarters. The ideal candidate will have had exposure to working in or around a busy bid team and be familiar with portals, PQQ’s and the general bid coordination process as well as tracking new business leads and allocating them accordingly.

A highly organised approach is necessary as there will be CRM platforms and document management systems that will need to be looked at and adjusted where needed as well as creating efficient ways of working throughout the pre-construction/bid team.

There will be additional administrative duties such as creating PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, editing emails responses and typing of minutes etc.
