UK / Greater London

Professional Services, Technology, Industry & B2B

Job Description

REF: 16111
Posted: 15 June 2021
Closes: 13 July 2021

We need someone to help support our growth (business is flying).

We are a small International Group of Specialist Recruitment Businesses that provide services including Retained Search, Interim Executives and PRO (Permanent Recruitment Outsourcing for SME’s).

We have a really good team who have worked together for a long time, and we work in a very cool place. We work hard but we know how to enjoy ourselves and have a life. What we do isn’t rocket science, but we try very hard to be brilliant at it (we can be a bit perfectionist!) and are always looking for how we can do things better. We will welcome you into the business and the team, train and invest in you at the same time as pushing you.

We will use all of your creative skills, but we will also introduce you to the wider role of marketing.

Working with our Marketing Manager (and sometimes external service providers) you will create digital collateral to support marketing & brand growth across a wide range of projects. You will manage the creation of design materials for the brand and external clients in the UK and Malaysia. This will include brochures and pitch materials.

  • Create high quality pitch documents in line with client guidelines and requirements.
  • Creation of assets for social media
  • Create visual images by editing stock photo images.
  • Work with internal teams to gather input and validate designs.
  • Create social media graphics, digital brochures, and press releases.
  • Design quarterly newsletters
  • Create adverts and manage web advertising.

You will need to be able to work at speed without compromising quality and be able to work on your own initiative under pressure.

About you:

  • Creative, curious, willing to learn and wanting to grow.
  • An interest in business and what make a company tick.
  • A qualification in Graphic Design or similar
  • A couple of years’ experience
  • Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and PowerPoint experience
  • Knowledge and experience of digital marketing would be an advantage, but training will be given.
