The Student Rep and Wellbeing Programme Coordinator will focus on creating an exceptional student experience, through innovative wellbeing initiatives and events that engage the student population. Managing a team of student ambassadors to inspire creative energy and to enhance the student experience. The post-holder will be creating a balanced and supportive work environment for the student reps team to thrive in.

The post-holder will assist with building and delivering a wellbeing strategy through competitive and thorough research and audience identification.

The successful candidate will provide reactive and pro-active support and take a solution-focused approach towards helping and supporting the Student Reps team. They will be a natural leader with previous experience in managing and coaching a team. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to successfully operate a diverse range of stakeholder groups. They will present a high level of empathy and emotional awareness.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the student accommodation sector, or within a university student union.
