We are looking for a Strategic Technical Recruiter to join our team in Malaysia and focus on the delivery of roles with our ongoing RPO with one of our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Technical Recruiter
- Build talent pools by mapping the construction market for Data center and other mission critical project candidates
- Screen, evaluate and interview potential candidates and applicants to determine their project experience, track record and personality specific to positions that are assigned to you.
- Submit CV’s to senior recruitment team for feedback AND OR submit directly to client if approval is given.
- Manage the interview process from first interview, offer and onboarding of said candidate.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Proven experience in technical recruitment, ideally with a focus in construction.
- Strong knowledge of engineering roles, and terminology.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
