Recruitment Administrator – South Africa (Remote / UK-Facing)
Location: Remote (occasional attendance at WeWork, 80 Strand, Western Cape – max 1 day/week)
We’re looking for a Recruitment Administrator to support a busy internal talent team in the UK. You’ll be working remotely, with the flexibility to collaborate in person occasionally, supporting recruitment delivery for a major UK-based construction and infrastructure business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys working behind the scenes, and has a sharp eye for detail. You’ll play a key role in making sure processes run smoothly, contracts are accurate, and candidates have a seamless experience.
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in HR, internal recruitment or talent admin
- A strong understanding of the recruitment process, from interview scheduling to contract issue
- A methodical approach to work and a passion for getting the details right
- Confidence working with systems, trackers, and recruitment data
Nice to have:
- Exposure to RPO or embedded recruitment teams
- Experience supporting UK recruitment activity
- Construction or infrastructure sector familiarity
