Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning and Milestones: Develop project timelines and milestones, actively monitoring progress to ensure on-time delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand and refine project requirements.
- Design Process Oversight: Manage and review design concepts, drafts, and final deliverables to maintain quality and creativity standards.
- Team Support and Feedback: Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members to drive project success.
- Industry Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends, design standards, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge solutions.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all designs meet quality standards, align with brand guidelines, and adhere to the client’s vision.
- Conflict Resolution: Actively assist in resolving any design-related issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Communication: Report project progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management and relevant parties to ensure transparency.
