About the role:
On behalf of our client, The Management Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect for a pioneering giga-project in Saudi Arabia. The primary purpose of this role is to lead the master planning and public realm design, ensuring seamless integration of landscape elements into large-scale developments. You will manage the design process, RFP preparation, and consultant coordination, while ensuring compliance with sustainability and regulatory standards
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead the landscape design and master planning of large-scale, high-profile developments
- Oversee the integration of landscape elements into urban environments, ensuring alignment with project vision and sustainability objectives.
- Manage the full design process from concept to execution, including RFP preparation, consultant coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop public realm strategies, incorporating innovative and sustainable landscape solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards and best practices.
You will need to be:
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in master planning, public realm design, and RFP development, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-profile projects. Experience working with developers, consulting firms, or leading landscape architecture firms is essential, along with a stable career history.
Background, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Over 10+ years of experience in Landscape Architecture with a focus on Master planning and public realm design
- RFP Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture (Essential) – Masters (Advantageous)
- Affiliations with professional societies (Advantageous)
