Senior Facilities Manager – Store Services

Background:

The Senior Facilities Manager – Store Services will coordinate, implement, and manage the strategic and tactical objectives of the store services teams and partner with colleagues in electrical and mechanical maintenance and on helpdesk to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach for the delivery of facilities services across the business.
Reporting to the Director of Facilities & Engineering, you will be an experienced people manager, accustomed to leading large teams of managers, supervisors, cleaners, and operatives in their daily delivery as well developing team members professionally. You will have extensive experience working in a facilities maintenance environment with subject matter expertise in cleaning and waste management.

About You:

Ideally, you will be accustomed to working in a fast-paced live environment with the ability to direct cleaning and waste operations and take initiative when required. As well as experience in planning and managing a department budget and managing various service contracts. You will be confident in managing the operational escalations as well as duty management responsibilities.

Candidates should demonstrate experience of working in a strategic role with examples of driving positive change and continuous improvement.
