We are working with a leading education trust to source an experienced senior estates and facilities professional to join the central estates team on a fixed term contract until July 2024. This central based role will be responsible for overseeing the estates managers across the group to ensure “best in class” service is provided across the estates team. Your remit will include ensuring that the estates team hit their KPI and have an overarching responsibility for all aspects of estates delivery of Facilities Management Services including hard and soft FM (including compliance in addition to planned and reactive maintenance), procurement and project management as well as people management responsbilities.
The team is undergoing a period of change, so is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in the change process. You will ideally have a background in education and be focused on delivering a high level of customer service. In addition to leadership experience, you will also possess strong commercial and contract management acumen.
This role is available immediately with the potential of transferring to a more permanent role.
