Senior Director / Country Lead (Cape Town, SA)

We are seeking a Senior Director for our recruitment team in Cape Town, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the commercial real estate industry and possess extensive experience in managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
What the role will involve:
- Lead and manage a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance and direction to ensure the team meets or exceeds its recruitment goals.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the commercial real estate industry.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand the hiring needs of the business and to ensure alignment between business objectives and recruitment efforts.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in the commercial real estate industry and establish the company as an employer of choice in the market
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management on recruitment activities including candidate pipeline time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment activities.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in recruitment, with a focus on commercial real estate
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing teams in a recruitment environment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationship with key stakeholders at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment activities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
