Position: Senior Client Services Manager (FM)
Location: Manila , Philippines
Introduction:
MRG Global is partnering with a leading organization to recruit a Senior Client Services Manager in Manila. This role reports to the Client Services Director and is responsible for managing local client relationships and overseeing the delivery of services to those clients.
The Senior Client Services Manager will be fully responsible for all facilities management services (both hard FM and soft services) delivered to local clients, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.
The successful candidate will need to understand client requirements and ensure that services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction. Additionally, this role involves identifying opportunities for additional services and supporting account growth.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional facilities management services with a strong focus on health and safety.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing any escalated issues promptly.
- Manage teams and suppliers to ensure effective service delivery and contract renewals.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and contribute to account development.
- Support client tenders, pitches, and asset management processes.
- Provide accurate reporting, forecasting, and invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and health and safety policies.
- Oversee budgets, procurement, and move management activities.
- Maintain effective relationships with landlords.
Experience and Education
- Experience delivering hard and soft facilities management solutions for large-scale projects over 10,000 m², with a background in the financial sector advantageous but not essential.
- Knowledge of administering the FARM IN and FARM OUT processes for PEZA-compliant projects.
- Superior client relationship management skills with proven experience in account development.
- Experience managing service providers and ensuring SLAs/KPIs are met.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a good understanding of outsourcing processes, particularly in FM and related services.
- Some experience with P&L management.
