Senior Bid coordinator

Proposals Coordinator – £45,000 – £50,000 – London – Hybrid working 
A major contractor, City based is looking for a Proposals Co-coordinator to join their team in London.
You will be involved in bid coordination, project/bid management, reporting and design, while maintaining all new content within the bid library to ensure continuous improvement. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about bids but has the drive and ambition to push themselves to develop further. InDesign skills are essential.
The ideal candidate will have bids experience within the built environment and excellent organisational skills. The ability to be flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed time frames is essential.

  • Experience of working within the bidding team, ideally for a Tier 1/2 Contractor within the public sector
  • Experience of completing SQs, ITTs and proofreading
  • Firm grasp of grammar and accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven IT and InDesign skills
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities within demanding timescales.
  • Able to work effectively as a member of the Preconstruction team
