You’ll be shaping the business strategy, building strong client relationships, and overseeing high-value, complex project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the business strategy for the Semiconductor & Hi-Tech sector.
- Identify new opportunities, win work, and grow long-term client partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry events, forums, and conferences to raise visibility and build networks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor service offerings and delivery models for hi-tech clients.
- Provide senior oversight on major projects, ensuring delivery meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
- Guide project teams on governance, risk, and client expectations across multiple geographies.
- Build and mentor a specialist team of project managers, cost consultants, and technical experts.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and client excellence.
- Work closely with other sector leads to cross-sell services and leverage global expertise.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
- 15+ years of experience in construction consultancy or contracting, with a focus on semiconductor, data center, or advanced manufacturing projects.
- Proven ability to win business and grow client accounts in the hi-tech space.
- Strong industry network with semiconductor manufacturers, tech firms, and industrial developers.
- Experience leading large-scale, fast-track projects with complex delivery requirements.
- Excellent commercial, contractual, and negotiation skills.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, MRICS, or PE are desirable.
