Sales and Marketing Manager
£60,000 plus OTE

Uliving@Hertfordshire is a student accommodation provider based on College Lane Campus at the University of Hertfordshire. Built in 2016 and boasting some of the best and most sustainable student accommodation in the UK, the project aims to create a long-lasting experience for students to enable them to succeed both personally and academically.

We are looking for Sales and Marketing Manager to join the dynamic team in developing and implementing new sales and marketing strategies targeted at postgraduate students and possibly non-students, achieving room rent targets (200 to 250 rooms) and maximizing revenue opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships. The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager and manage the Marketing Assistant in marketing all areas of the accommodation including flats, common areas and University services.

The Sales and Marketing Manager will is key in developing relationships locally and with the student population. You will champion effective multi-channel sales and marketing techniques to promote our properties to agents and institutions ensuring we have a strong sales pipeline.
This is a sales role with a focus on ensuring revenue stream across the whole year.

Person Specification
You will be highly creative, innovative and ambitious with a track record of working in a B2B Sales environment. Ideally you will have extensive experience in a direct sales or marketing role. You will have knowledge of the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme or international student recruitment.
