Takes P&L responsibility of the organisation’s sales function.

  • Leads and monitors senior sales & sales support teams across the residential property investment companies.
  • Develops systems to maintain high staff morale and motivation, fostering an environment of innovation.
  • Recruits, trains, and ensures adequate resourcing of sales and support staff.
  • Sets KPIs to maximise sales and profit margins, leveraging industry knowledge.
  • Utilises data effectively to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive company success.


  • Demonstrates a sales track record in a fast-paced B2C environment.
  • Possesses a strong business or sales development background.
  • Has excellent digital literacy and communication skills.
  • Exhibits an entrepreneurial mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities.
