About the role:
On behalf of our client, The Management Recruitment Group is seeking a Sales Executive for a leading private property development company, specialised in developing first tier residences and resorts in the Middle East and expanding into The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The primary purpose of this role is to connect clients with prime investment opportunities in a rapidly growing property market.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead price negotiations to close deals effectively and ensure positive outcomes for the clients and the company.
- Provide knowledgeable guidance to investors and buyers on making informed property investment decisions.
- Foster relationships with brokers to open new business channels and expand market presence.
- Keep clients updated on market trends and conditions to help them navigate the competitive real estate environment.
- Build a strong client base by engaging with potential customers through cold-calling, advertising, and presentations.
- Coordinate with the contracts team to ensure a smooth follow-up process on sales for a seamless client experience.
You will need to be:
The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets. They should be highly driven, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be adept at building strong client relationships. Additionally, they should have the ability to create new business opportunities and expand business channels effectively.
