The Management Recruitment Group is proud to be working on behalf of our client to appoint a revenue leader with a proven track record in the UAE hospitality market. We’re seeking a commercially driven Director of Revenue to lead strategy and performance across a portfolio of hotels. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on data, collaboration, and delivering results in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As Director of Revenue, you will be responsible for shaping and executing revenue strategies across multiple properties. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and ownership to ensure alignment with business goals and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Revenue Management

Develop and implement total revenue strategies tailored to the UAE market.
Maximize RevPAR and ancillary revenue through dynamic pricing, inventory control, and demand forecasting.
Lead the creation of annual business plans and long-term financial projections.
Set group ceilings, target rates, and event-specific pricing strategies.

Market Intelligence & Analysis

Monitor UAE market trends, competitor activity, and economic shifts to inform strategy.
Analyze performance data, forecast accuracy, and lost business to identify opportunities.
Prepare detailed market segment outlooks and post-mortem reports for continuous improvement.

Distribution & Channel Optimization

Manage third-party distribution channels, ensuring optimal rate positioning and conversion.
Conduct regular online shops and oversee contracting processes.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to define booking terms, promotions, and bundled offers.

Stakeholder Engagement

Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings and monthly business reviews with ownership.
Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and destination stakeholders.
Provide timely and insightful reporting on performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Team Leadership

Lead and develop a team of revenue managers and reservations professionals.
Set clear goals, provide coaching, and foster a high-performance culture.
Ensure departmental SOPs are followed and continuously improved.

Customer & Guest Focus

Understand customer segments and tailor offers to meet their needs.
Support brand standards and loyalty initiatives through service excellence.
Handle guest complaints and disputes with professionalism and care.

What You’ll Bring:

Degree in Hotel Management with a focus on Revenue Management and Distribution.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality, with at least 2 years in the UAE in a multi-property or cluster setting.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence strategic decisions.
