University Partnerships Programme (UPP), the leading infrastructure and services partner to UK Universities, is seeking to appoint to the role of Revenue and Partnerships Manager.

UPP is the UK’s leading provider of on-campus residential and academic accommodation infrastructure, operating over 35,000 rooms in partnership with 15 world-leading universities across the UK. UPP has forged a powerful reputation for driving innovative, student-led approaches to campus accommodation and we work closely with our university partners, offering bespoke, end to end expertise and support for the lettings process to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue each year.

UPP is seeking to make the crucial appointment to the role of Revenue and Partnerships Manager to lead the North and Midlands region (15,000 bedrooms) to success by driving team sales activity with a key focus of maximising occupancy levels and delivering revenue targets throughout the year. Managing the engagement with accommodation leads across the seven university partners in your region you will ensure that our strong partnerships are maintained and developed, whilst also mitigating any occupancy risk throughout the cycle, to have full sales accountability for your region, producing executive level reporting on a regular basis.

We are looking for you to have a background in delivering sales, lettings and/or associated revenue generation activity along with experience ideally within the Higher Education accommodation sector or similar. Confidence in navigating complex commercial contracts – ideally within a PFI/PPP setting, or other equivalent experience you can draw on. Strong relationship management and team leadership skills and good financial and number literacy. Overall, you will have the energy, passion and pace to work collectively as a team to delivery against targets whilst identifying opportunities to introduce process efficiencies and improvements.
