Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail, Hospitality and Leisure Surveyor to join their commercial division. You will be responsible for taking on an existing, prestigious client base and developing business, as well as making your own personal impact on the retail market. You will also provide assistance to their London Investment Team.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage a portfolio of retail and leisure markets, client advisement, relationship building, collaboration with other internal teams to maximise opportunities for projects and services, supporting on a number of commercial development schemes and assist in valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals.
The successful candidate should possess:
- Ideally retail, hospitality or leisure experience within a sole position or part of a wider role
- Confidence dealing directly with clients and managing relationships
- Commercially focussed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage workload and develop new business
