Resourcing Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £30k to £35k plus with progression and commission opportunities  

MRG is a globally renowned recruitment company, dedicated to leadership appointments in commercial real estate, facilities and development. We are looking for a Resourcing Recruitment Consultant to play a key role within our expanding team. The role will involve providing bespoke solutions to our clients across the real estate and property sector. 

The ideal candidate will have a consultative approach, be familiar with delivering in-house research and proven experience in joining a business and hitting the ground running.  

What will the role involve? 

  • Using research techniques to map business markets and provide insights into the structure, size and direction of those businesses  

  • Working within your team to determine a target list of companies to source talent from  

  • Sourcing candidates matched against pre-qualified specifications for your clients  

  • Write and tailor advertisements specific to our client’s needs 

  • Conducting searches via: our database, incoming applications, job boards and various online tools 

  • Building your own network of talented candidates to present to market 

What are we looking for? 

  • A background within the recruitment industry would be highly beneficial 

  • A desire to build and maintain business relationships 

  • Strong verbal and written communication with high attention to detail 

  • A positive, enthusiastic and professional work approach that represents the MRG values  

  • Good research and mapping skills 

  • Self-motivation, personal drive and strong work ethic
