Project Manager – Hotels Refurbishment Programme
Location: Berlin (with regular travel across Germany and Europe)
A leading European consultancy is partnering with an international investment client on a major hospitality refurbishment programme. With a pipeline of over 1,000 budget hotels across France, Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands, this is an opportunity to play a key role in one of the largest hospitality asset upgrade projects in Europe.
The first phase focuses on Germany, with six hotel refurbishments launching simultaneously in Berlin next September. We are seeking a permanent Project Manager to join from February to oversee planning, coordination, and delivery, with the first tranche of seven projects beginning in March.
This is a high-volume, light-touch refurbishment programme requiring a hands-on leader who can ensure consistency, quality, and cost control across multiple sites.
What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in construction and project management, ideally with hospitality or multi-site programmes

Fluency in German and strong communication skills to engage effectively with contractors and stakeholders

Cost and fee awareness (QS-style skills) to manage budgets and drive value

Exceptional organisational ability to oversee simultaneous projects across locations
This role offers €7,500 per month with clear scope to grow as the programme expands across hundreds of assets.
