Job Title: Project Director – Healthcare Construction & Fit Out
Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: 75,000 – 100,000 SAR per month

Join a prestigious, government-owned healthcare project that is currently in the critical internal fit-out phase. This high-value, large-scale project, which has been completed to shell and core, now requires a strategic and commercially minded Project Director to lead the final stages to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Building: Assemble and lead a capable on-site team from scratch, including contractors and construction professionals.
- Commercial & Cost Management: Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with the original contract while mitigating financial risks.
- Governance & Risk Management: Implement robust governance frameworks, managing risks effectively to ensure project delivery within budget and on time.
- Programme Awareness: Maintain a clear understanding of the project’s progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Fit-Out Oversight: Provide leadership in managing the internal fit-out phase, ensuring all work meets high-quality standards and is completed efficiently.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with government bodies, ensuring all communications and project documentation are in Arabic.
- Project Reporting: Report directly to a Senior Project Director, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and financial performance.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Extensive experience in large-scale hospital or healthcare construction projects, particularly in the fit-out phase, with a strong commercial acumen and risk management background.
- Language: Fluent in Arabic (mandatory).
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare construction, including familiarity with medical equipment installations (though not directly responsible).
- Leadership: Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams in challenging environments.
- Background: Previous experience in contractor, construction, or builder roles is essential.
