Cardiff University is seeking to appoint a Net Zero Programme Manager to lead professional guidance and advise on the direction, strategy, policies and objectives for the University’s Net Zero Activities and Environmental Sustainability with a particular focus on the University’s estate.

Reporting to the Deputy Director of Estates this role takes responsibility for developing and implementing a fully developed plan towards decarbonisation and leading the delivery of the programme ensuring accurate measurement and reporting.

We are seeking an exceptional candidate with proven track record of leading net zero transformation programmes across a large-scale, diverse and complex portfolio with experience gained at a strategic management level. The successful candidate will possess outstanding stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills and will be results focused and customer-centric in approach.
