In this role, you will take charge of quality assurance and control for all MEP systems, ensuring every installation meets required standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC processes across MEP packages.

Review technical submittals, method statements, and ITPs.

Lead inspections and testing of MEP systems for compliance.

Oversee contractor quality performance and corrective actions.

Support commissioning, handover, and documentation accuracy.
Requirements
-
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline.

10+ years’ QA/QC experience in MEP works.

Background in data centers or mission-critical projects preferred.

Familiarity with Malaysian & international standards

Strong documentation, audit, and reporting skills.

Excellent communication and leadership ability.
