Mechanical Engineer (Building services)

Imperial College London is seeking to recruit a mechanical engineering professional to play a leading role in the delivery of the College’s £multi-million estates capital investment programme.

Reporting to the Head of Engineering, Energy and Environment, the Mechanical Engineer will act as the subject matter expert for mechanical building services and infrastructure across the estate and portfolio of capital projects. You will design, specify and manage mechanical infrastructure projects, whilst acting as a mechanical building services specialist as part of the wider project team of major projects across the capital programme.

With a relevant professional qualification, the successful candidate will possess proven experience in design and delivery of the mechanical building services projects in a comparable context.  You will have excellent technical skills, with depth of knowledge and understanding of mechanical building services systems and infrastructure, including standards, new technologies and innovation.
