Stuhomes is an ambitious student accommodation provider with a desire to shake-up the experience students have of living in a PBSA. With over 1500 beds and 3 years of experience, Stuhomes is a growing and dynamic company. They are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to manage two fast growing brands: Stuhomes and Go Britanya.
The Marketing Manager holds a crucial responsibility of developing, finessing, and elevating the Stuhomes and GoBritanya brands to outshine competitors and speak to international students.
This role demands someone who can use customer Insights, coupled with an in-depth knowledge of the PBSA market to develop and implement engaging campaigns that drive sales and amplify the brands point of difference.
The primary objective of this position is to achieve full occupancy throughout the portfolio, resulting in optimal leasing and helping the business in its ambition to develop the two brands to be future unicorns in the PBSA Sector.
Collaborating with internal colleagues and external contractors, the Marketing Manager will develop and execute a marketing strategy for each brand in close partnership with the Assistant Director of Business Strategy and Growth.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a positive, self-motivated attitude, along with a creative mindset and prior marketing experience in either the student accommodation or hospitality sector. This person will thrive in a versatile work environment, utilizing data and their strategic thinking with a customer-centric approach to deliver superior marketing campaigns that support brand value and financial success.
