About the role:
On behalf of our client, The Management Recruitment Group is looking for an Owners Association Manager to oversee portfolios of ultra-luxury condominiums for a ground-breaking giga project in Saudi Arabia.
Background:
This ambitious giga-project is aiming to build 2,200 luxury condominiums and 3,600 hotel keys within in the next 4 years.
Key Accountabilities:
- Take the lead in managing and working alongside consultants to develop all aspects of the Community and Joint Owned Property Developments and Owners Association strategies
- Support Operational Strategies for Mixed-use complexes by evaluating and following the current industry regulatory codes.
- Coordinate with different internal stakeholders to ensure that the Owners Association strategies are being fulfilled
- Report and provide continual feedback to the Senior Asset and Estate Manager regarding the implementation, status of the strategy of development, and the fulfilment of requirements.
- Oversee interfaces between different project groups to ensure this aspect of the project is delivered on time.
You will need to be:
The ideal candidate will have a superior knowledge and understanding of Strata jurisdictions and managing portfolios of ultra-luxury buildings.
Background, Skills, and Qualifications:
- 8+ Years wide-ranging experience of the management and setup of Communities, Joint owned property developments and Owners Association for luxury, master planned projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as property, legal, finance or other.
- A thorough understanding and interpretation of legal regulatory frameworks.
- Accredited industry licenses or equivalent.
- Demonstrated understanding of Strata jurisdiction.
