We are currently working with a charitable organisation that focuses on the well-being of children and youths, offering opportunities that they may not necessarily have had exposure to such as performing arts, sports, educational support etc.

Due to the continued growth and in line with their ambitious 5-year growth strategy, they are seeking to expand their people function by appointing a proactive and driven  Learning & Development specialist to join the HR function. This is a newly created role that will support the HR Director and the wider HR team and will play a key role in the successful delivery of the ‘people and culture strategy.’ You will have the opportunity to lead on initiatives across all areas of learning and development with the end goal of building and developing high-performing teams.

As a suitable candidate, you will have proven experience within HR specialising in Learning & Development at advisor or manager level, with an understanding of implementing training & development strategies and plans.

You will be a self-starter who embraces and fosters a culture of change, and who has a commitment to EDI and the ability to promote best practice at work. It is preferable that you are CIPD qualified, with experience ideally gained within either an educational establishment or Charity.

This role offers hybrid working with 2/3 days a week in their head office in London.
