We are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to join a global design consultancy based in Singapore, contributing to the delivery of high-performance data centre projects throughout the region.

The Role:
Take ownership of electrical design and coordination for sophisticated data centre developments across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full electrical design process from initial concept through to construction and final commissioning.
- Work closely with mechanical, structural, and architectural teams to develop integrated design solutions.
- Prepare and review detailed electrical drawings, technical documents, and specifications.
- Ensure designs align with international codes, local standards, and specific client requirements.
- Serve as the lead contact for electrical design coordination with clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
- Facilitate design reviews, risk assessments, and value engineering sessions.
- Offer technical support during site activities including inspections, testing, and commissioning phases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in electrical design, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to data centre projects.
- Solid experience within a design consultancy setting.
- In-depth knowledge of power distribution systems, redundancy, and resilience within mission-critical environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and liaise confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Availability to commence within 4–6 weeks or as mutually agreed.
