Junior Bid Writer

I am working with a market leader who provide environmental and sustainability services to a large range of businesses across the UK. They are now looking to recruit a Junior Bid Writer. This role can be based Nationally, with quarterly visits to their head office in Essex.

The Junior Bid Writer will:

  • Work alongside the Bid Writer playing a key role in achieving growth objectives by supporting the business throughout the bid process
  • Delivering compelling copy in line with the company’s brand, position and processes.
  • Take a proactive role in the writing of standard content/CVs/project profiles – closing gaps where possible by interviewing/questioning relevant parts of the business.

The ideal candidate will be degree level educated and have extensive experience of working in a professional services, ideally within the built environment. Very high standard of written English, skilled in editing copy to correct grammar, spelling and punctuation with the ability to shape compelling responses is essential.
