International Recruiting Consultant 

Salary: £35k to 40k  

MRG is a globally renowned recruitment company, dedicated to leadership appointments in real estate, facilities, and development. Our Global team is currently looking for an International Resourcing Consultant to play a key role on a million-pound project in the Middle East. This role will involve providing bespoke solutions to our client, on a retained and predominantly exclusive basis. 

The successful candidate will have a consultative approach and work closely with the business director to help them assess and execute their recruitment strategies, so having the right energy, resilience and enthusiasm would be an asset.  


This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has global awareness, is numerically competent and forward thinking. 

What are we looking for?

  • Strong verbal and written communication with high attention to detail 

  • A positive, enthusiastic, and professional work approach that represents the MRG values

  • Adaptability, flexibility, and quick to learn new concepts 

  • Excellent negotiation and client-facing skills 

  • Computer literate, comfortable using CRM’s, spreadsheets etc 


What will the role involve?

  • Account management of key client accounts 

  • Building your own network of talented candidates to present to market 

  • The ability to build & maintain strong client relationships 

  • Taking full responsibility for managing strategic opportunities 

  • Able to work under pressure – demonstrating effective time and project  management skills and the ability to manage conflicting timescales and priorities
