About the client
MRG Interim Executives are recruiting an Interim Senior Surveyor on behalf of an ecclesiastical organisation in Wiltshire.
Accountabilities
- Coordinate construction and maintenance of religious residences and properties
- Ensure optimisation of property investment
- Carry out inspections and surveys
- Contract administration for repair, maintenance and improvement projects
- Coordinate planning, specifications, and planning activities
- Carry out structural surveys of properties
- Management of revenue and budgets
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant surveying qualification such as RICS or CIOB
- Proven track record in a similar role
- Willingness to travel to Wiltshire and surrounding areas as required
- Contract administration and good report writing skills
- Experience in managing maintenance, repairs and improvement projects
- Experience in carrying out structural surveys
